About the profile
This blend yields a blueberry and hint of caramel aroma with a mixed berries, raisin chocolate with a hint of honey and orange peel, berries and citric acidity in the mouth followed by lingering malic chocolate and honey tea-like aftertaste.
About roasting
We roast to a well-developed level to maximize its chocolate and honey character without giving up its citric and berries character. An all-rounded coffee that suits Pot Brew, Black Coffee, Milk Coffee, and Iced Coffee.
