這是我們第三次與 Finca Santa Monica 合作，他們以柑橘皮發酵咖啡的專業技術而聞名。

這是一款日曬咖啡，除了柑橘的迷人香氣外，咖啡也非常甜美。這款咖啡從熱到冷，口感和酸度都極佳，做成Latte/ Cappuccino飲用，更是別有一番風味。

This is the third time we have partnered with Finca Santa Monica for their expertise in fermenting coffee with mandarin peel

We always have reserved this coffee for CNY. This is a natural processed coffee, apart from the stunning aroma of mandarin the coffee is very sweet in the cup. Excellent mouthfeel and acidity from hot to cold for filter coffee, a very special experience when served as milk coffee.
