Melastoma Coffee Estate, located in the Lalauya village of Taiwan's famed Alishan mountains. Drawing on Ah Bao’s rich experience in tea cultivation, He applies the same meticulous principles to his coffee, believing that excellence is forged during processing. This Natural Geisha is a testament to his philosophy.  Coffee cherries are carefully picked and processed, then finished with a mechanical dryer for precise moisture control and a clean, stable cup profile. The result is a delicate and aromatic coffee, with distinct notes of fresh peach and wild berries—a characteristic Ah Bao attributes to the nearby peach trees whose fallen leaves act as natural fertilizer. This is a rare opportunity to taste a competition-level coffee that beautifully represents the unique terroir and passionate craftsmanship of Taiwanese specialty coffee.
