Subscription Portal Guide

Here you will learn how to access to your personal portal.
In this portal you can track your order, mange your subscription that linked to your log-in email.

1. Log-in

Log-in via the icon sitting at the top right corner. And click "Subscriptions".

If you don't have an account, create one with the email you used to sign-up the subscription.
Otherwise the system will not be able to identify you.

2. find your subscription

After clicking the "subscription" button, you will see your subscription plan like this.
Click "Edit subscription" to enter the editing page

3. Edit your subscription

Here you can review the details of your subscription.
Update your payment method, shipping address or contact through this page.
